Cassandra Ingraham
Born and raised in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida, I have been married for more than 30 years (yes, to the same person). Together, we have raised three beautiful young adults and have had the opportunity to travel the world. Having lived on three continents, traveled to over 20 countries, and resided in more than five states, I understand the challenges and anxieties associated with relocation.
Throughout my life, I have had the privilege of developing relationships with individuals from various backgrounds, which has greatly influenced me. With each of the dozen or so moves I have made, I have absorbed different cultures, languages, architecture, and experiences. For me, God, family, and education are the pillars that dominate my existence and play vital roles in my life.
Volunteering has been a significant part of my life, and I find great joy in giving back to improve the lives and well-being of others. My diverse multicultural background has enriched my life experience.
Education is paramount to me, and I make it a point to stay informed about current changes in my local housing market. Working with customers at an international level, I facilitate the purchase and sale of their homes and estates. I leverage the latest internet utilities, such as online home tours, instant access to neighborhood data, extensive property listings, immediate email notifications for new listings, referral networks, online forums, electronic faxes sent via email, and advanced software applications. In all my transactions, I prioritize treating all parties honestly and with integrity. I hold deep respect for the privacy of online consumers and adhere to a strict code of ethics. Providing up-to-date information on market trends is crucial to me.
